the staff especially the lady at the bar was really kind and sweet!

Everything great, We were upgrated to a two rooms suite with views to the acropolis. Amazing buffet breakfast.
not many tv channels, not 1 in spanish as it was stated. A leaking from the air conditioner wich I should have reported..

Very old carpet and curtains, dirty walls and furniture (Sofa). Very basic standart bed. Didn't feel the comfort and luxury of a 5* hotels.

Very close to the train station, nice swimming terrace pool

cleanliness, status of bathroom/shower, carpet conditon. Not at all a 5 star hotel. Do we know how a 5 star hotel should look like?

The staff was fabulous and the service was top notch. There was a train cancellation to the airport and management made sure that everyone at the hotel knew about it.
The rooms were poorly lit. We couldn't read in bed!

Very comfortable, modern decor, handy for centre and transport
Location slightly seedy although doesn't take long to walk to centre. To be picky, room lacked full length mirror which would have been useful.

The reception staff in particular were brilliant. Our room, a Junior Suite was lovely and we had a welcome bottle of wine from the manager. The location of the hotel was very convenient for the metro although it was not altogether safe to wander too far from the hotel in the night. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend it.

Very helpful staff. Great room with amazing views of the acropolis. Taxi stand just left of hotel as is the metro. Great pool with bar and cocktails and club sandwiches!!!!!!
The shower leaked all over the floor. The wardrobe fell off the rails. Not really a biggie just feel bad for the cleaner........

Excellent value for money, luxury, spacious modern rooms. Stayed on the 8th floor and enjoyed a beautiful view over the Acropolis from my room. Beautiful decoration, excellent bed and shower... simply perfect. Do visit the big pool on the last floor and the trendy pool bar. Will definitely return!
